I Think in Patterns
I don't think in pictures. I think in patterns
When someone tells me to close my eyes and imagine an apple, I see black. No red, no shine, no stem. Justโฆ nothing. But I understand the apple: its weight, its meaning, its role in a story. I see the concept of an apple. And thatโs how I see everything. An innate understanding of the intricacies within a big picture concept.
Grew Up "In Between"
I also grew up in-between
My momโs house looked like board games and hoodies; my dadโs house looked like bar stools and button-ups.
I learned early how to adapt: how to read the room, shift the energy, and understand what mattered beneath the differences.
I became fluent in nuance. I became the middle and in doing so, I became a mirror.
Deep Thinking Fascination
Holding Space for the Full Picture
Over time, that lens matured into something deeper: a fascination with systems, stories, and why people do what they do. Anthropology gave me the language for it. Travel gave me the lived experience. And building Kantency gave me the space to bring it all together. Whether Iโm observing your team dynamics or unpacking whatโs not being said, Iโm doing what Iโve always done: Holding space for the full picture: the big, the small, and the invisible in between.
